Bath Housing is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant. This position is a great opportunity for the right person to make a difference with both our organization and the greater Bath community. You will serve as the first impression for an organization that serves to enhance housing stability for seniors, those with disabilities, and families in the greater Bath area. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with agency account payable and receivables, assist with housing navigation and become an intricate component of our progressive team environment providing assistance with multiple agency programs.
The position requires two years previous experience providing administrative support and excellent customer service in a professional office setting. Experience with Microsoft Office platforms including outlook, word, and excel is required. Special considerations given to applicant’s with experience in property management, affordable housing, HAB Housing software or Certified Occupancy Specialists.
