Property Manager

Bath Housing is seeking a full-time Property Manager. This position is a great opportunity for the right person to make a difference with both our organization and the greater Bath community. The Property Manager is responsible for the oversight, management, and daily operations of a portfolio of affordable housing properties. This includes, but is not limited to, managing and maintaining waiting lists, resident recruitment, screening, selection, lease management, and vendor and contract coordination. The position carries out Agency policies and procedures in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations as established by HUD, Regulatory Agreements, MaineHousing, and other pertinent documents and contracts negotiated by the agency. The Property Manager is an intricate component of our progressive team environment.

The position requires two years previous experience providing excellent customer service in a professional setting. Property Management experience is preferred. Proficiency with use of Microsoft Office platforms including outlook, word, and excel is required. Special considerations given to applicant’s with experience in affordable housing, HAB Housing software or to Certified Occupancy Specialists. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
