Bath Housing Development Corporation (BHDC) is administering a CDBG multi-family rehabilitation program to acquire and rehabilitate a series of two-unit (and above) buildings in Bath, Maine. Using its Qualification Based Selection procedures, BHDC is seeking a qualified Architect or Architectural Firm (Firm) to prepare rehab scopes of work for applicable properties. Proposals will be accepted at Bath Housing, 80 Congress Avenue, Bath, ME 04530 until Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 3 pm and shall thereafter be opened, forthwith.
