Bath Housing is pleased to welcome Amy Carmichael as its new Resident Service Coordinator. Amy has her B.S. in Recreation and Parks Administration with a focus in Therapeutic Recreation. Her diverse work experience in mental health, human services, early childhood education, and health and wellness will be an asset for the resident service role. “I look forward to partnering with the residents of Bath Housing and community organizations in this area,” said Carmichael.
The Resident Service Coordinator works to enhance the living experience for residents in Bath Housing’s 160 apartments by connecting them to services needed to maintain independence, self-sufficiency, and life satisfaction. Amy’s experience teaching and leading groups, working with community organizations, and ability to link people to resources will be assets to her new role.
Bath Housing owns and manages six affordable housing properties locally serving 160 families. The organization also administers the housing choice voucher program.
