COVID 19 Update for Residents: March 30, 2020

Resources are changing quickly, and Bath Housing is shifting gears a bit.  We will be sending out notices less often.  We will focus on important basics:

1. For the most current information, contact 211 first about anything you need.  This service is free, confidential and available 24 hours/day.  You can call 211,

text your zip code to 898-211, e-mail or search their online directory at 211.maine.org.

2.  If you have general questions for us, call the Office at 443-3116. Or, call staff directly:  Sarah (Housing Associate) at 295-3506, Kevin (Property Manager)

at 449-0353, Kristen (Resident Service Coordinator) at 295-3317, or Jess (Director of Housing) at 449-0377.

3.  While the Administrative Office is closed to all visitors, Rent Payments can be made in several ways:

    1. Set up automatic withdrawal from your bank account
    2. Call us at 443-3116 for more information on how to do this
    3. Mail your rent to Bath Housing, 80 Congress Avenue, Bath, ME 04530
    4. Put your rent payment through the mail slot of the front door of our office

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We do not accept cash
  • All rent payments must include the apartment address
  • If you would like a receipt, request this in writing along with your rent
  • If you have questions about the amount you owe, call Lisa at 295-3095

4.  Deep cleaning is on the way! We have hired ServPro, a company that has trained staff and their own Personal Protective Equipment. Anchorage and Moorings will be cleaned on Tuesday.  Dikes Landing and Seacliff will be cleaned on Wednesday.  They will clean and disinfect all common areas.5 Most importantly, please be kind to your neighbors. Be creative – while still keeping the recommended 6 feet of distance from others and following the CDC guidelines on the other side of this page.

Is there anyone in your building who might appreciate a phone call?  Can you help distribute this notice?  Could you help someone call 211? Carry items from the Resource Table to your neighbor?  Share an item from your food delivery?  Help look something up on the internet?  Send a simple card or note?  And if you might need any of these things, is there someone you could ask?
