The Bath Housing Authority Board of Commissioners voted to increase the payment standards for its Housing Choice Voucher program, effective October 1, 2021. These are based on the US Department of Housing and Urban Development final 2022 Fair Market Rents; the Voucher Program rents are pegged to these numbers.
Effective October 1, 2021, the payment standards are as follows:
