Bath Housing is seeking a seasonal, part-time Grounds Maintenance Technician. This position is a great opportunity for the right person to make a difference with both our organization and our residents. The Technician will be responsible for mowing, raking and weedwacking for the buildings and grounds of Bath Housing’s portfolio of properties. This includes performing routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance services. Bath Housing takes great pride in providing a safe, affordable, and quality place for our residents to live; part of this is ensuring that the appearance of our properties exceeds expectations and we are looking for someone who shares these values.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a sense of pride in their work. The ability to work well with minimum supervision. We are looking for someone motivated by a desire to render services to others and who is capable of exercising individual initiative. This is a 20-hour position starting April 16, 2018 and running through September 28, 2018. The hourly wage range is $11.02-$15.43, depending upon experience. A valid driver’s license is required.
