Bath Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This position is a great opportunity for the right person to make a difference with both our organization and our residents. The Maintenance Technician will provide general maintenance services for buildings and grounds of an assigned portfolio of residential properties in Bath. This includes performing routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance services. This is a rotating on-call position after hours and weekends. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a sense of pride in their work. The ability to work well with minimal supervision and a background working with diverse groups of people is essential. We are looking for someone motivated by a desire to render services to others and who is capable of exercising individual initiative. This is a 37.5 hour/week position. The hourly wage range is $13.88-$19.43, depending upon experience. A valid driver’s license is required.
