On Thursday, September 24, 2020, the Bath Housing Authority Board of Commissioners voted to increase the payment standards for its Housing Choice Voucher program, effective October 1, 2020. In September 2020, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development issue final 2021 Fair Market Rents; the Voucher Program rents are pegged to these numbers.
Effective October 1, 2020, the payment standards are as follows:
