Project Description: Project generally consists of the renovation of multi-unit wood buildings under 3,000 SF located in Bath, ME for the Bath Housing Development Corporation. Construction includes Site Work, Landscaping, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry (Exterior and Interior), Roofing (shingles), Insulation, Waterproofing, Vinyl Replacement Windows, Doors, Door Frames and Door Hardware, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Residential Appliances, Residential Cabinets & Countertops, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.
All bidders must be pre-qualified by the Construction Manager in order to submit a proposal for this project.
