Maintenance

Bath Housing works to keep homes safe, clean, and in good condition. Our in-house maintenance team focuses on fixing problems quickly and preventing issues early.

Work Orders: If something needs repair, tenants can call or email the office to submit a work order. Requests are handled based on urgency. Emergencies—like no heat, water leaks, or safety concerns—are addressed right away, 24/7. If the call is after hours, our phone system will direct the call to the appropriate person. We complete other requests as quickly as possible and will keep you informed if there are delays.

Preventative Maintenance: Our team follows a regular schedule to service equipment, check systems, and make repairs early—helping avoid bigger problems and keeping homes running smoothly.

Regular Upkeep: We also take care of regular upkeep across all properties. This includes checking building systems, maintaining common areas and grounds, and completing seasonal tasks. Each apartment is inspected once a year to catch small issues early.

Repairs due to normal wear and tear are Bath Housing’s responsibility. Damage caused by tenants, household members, or guests will be charged at the actual cost of materials and labor. A list of common charges (Sundry Charge List) is published annually.

Our goal is simple: to provide well-maintained homes that support comfort, safety, and stability for all tenants. If you have a concern, please reach out—we’re here to help.
