Resident Services
Connecting residents with practical support, community resources, and everyday opportunities to live well, stay independent, and feel at home.
Bath Housing has a long history of assisting residents in obtaining the services they need to maintain independence, self-sufficiency, and well-being.
Our staff includes two Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) who help residents of Bath Housing’s subsidized properties (Anchorage, Dikes Landing, Moorings, Seacliff and Seacliff Family) navigate their communities and connect with a variety of supports.
Examples include
- community health programs
- food resources
- mental health treatment
- transportation
- parenting support
- low cost internet services
- benefits programs
- bus passes
- reasonable accommodation requests
Community Connections
Resident Service Coordinators typically hold onsite office hours at Anchorage, Dike’s Landing, Moorings, and Seacliff. Residents can stop by with questions, concerns, or to explore resource options.
RSCs also partner with community organizations to offer onsite programs, including food programs, vaccine clinics, scam prevention programs, and fire safety programming. Residents organize social events such as meals, Bingo, coffee hours, coloring groups, and karaoke. RSCs also create and distribute the monthly resident newsletter, The Scuttlebutt, a helpful source for news, resources, upcoming programs, and events.
Programs may include:
- tax prep clinics
- food programs
- vaccine clinics
- resident BBQs
- scam prevention programs
- ...and more!
